North West Cobb is located in the section of Cobb County that lies to the west of I-575 and North of Powder Springs Road. North West Cobb is bordered by Paulding County to the West and parts of Bartow and Cherokee Counties to the North.
North West Cobb is home to several large shopping areas. North West Cobb is home to The West Cobb Avenue, a mixed use shopping and dining complex with large retailers and small boutiques. It’s also home to many national retail stores along Dallas Highway and Cobb Parkway.
Coming soon is the new Kennesaw Marketplace which will feature a Whole Foods along with an array of other tenant stores.
Parks and Recreation
West Cobb is home to numerous parks and facilities. Most notably is the Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. Kennesaw Mountain is a part of the National Park Service and is the largest park in Cobb County. Kennesaw Mountain features lots of hiking, running and equestrian trails.
West Cobb offers great schools, shopping and more house for your money compared with East Cobb. The trade-off is proximity to Fulton county and I-75.
